Arcos COLOUR-PROF cooks knives are made with a stainless steel blade, they are an excellent balanced knife with a polypropylene handle which gives greater comfort and is non hygroscopic (it doesn’t absorb liquids), it is also resistant to high temperatures and slippage. It comes with six coloured clips so you can choose one to attach to the handle in order to be colour coded in accordance with HACCP. This popular knife is ideal for chopping or dicing, designed for heavy professional use but excellent in the domestic kitchen as well.
