Our spiders webs are constructed from heavy gauge stainless steel they are available in 3 sizes Small which is 15cm diameter with a 45cm handle (5.9" and 17.7" handle) Medium 20cm diameter with a 50cm handle (7.8" and 19.6" handle) Large 25cm with a 50.8cm handle (9.8" and 20" handle) the long handle keeps the user at a safe distance from hot oil or liquids when removing something from your fryer or when blanching vegetables they are very versatile and will keep your staff safe from harm full splashes.  They are dishwasher safe and very hard-wearing.
