Royal Genware Square Roasters Black

The forge buffet collection combines the aesthetics of cast iron with the practicality and functionality of stoneware. Perfect for hot or cold counter display, these square roasters have fantastic heat retention and are oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe.  They are fully vitrified to BS4034 and can be used for cooking or for food service display.    The square roasters are stackable, black in colour and are available in three sizes: the small 16cm is 3.5cm high and has a 16.5oz capacity, the medium 23cm is 5.5cm high and 52.8oz capacity, and the large 25.4cm is 6.5cm high with 84.5oz capacity.
