Bourgeat Non Stick Frypan

Matfer Bourgeat combines tradition and innovation and are leaders in the manufacture of products for the professional kitchen.  These pans belong to the Classe Chef range, where each frying pan combines thick aluminium and then a four layer coating guarantee non-stick qualities and durability throughout the whole range.  The handle is equipped with an epoxy coated strip over the metal handle.  Compatible with all heat sources except induction and oven. There are a range of sizes available to suit all sizes of jobs and hobs in the professional or domestic kitchen. Not dishwasher safe and always use plastic or wooden utensils.
