Arcos Opera Knife Block Set

Made in Spain by Arcos, this knife set comes in a beautifully walnut lacquered beechwood block, the set is made up of knives from the Opera range of Chef Knives, the set include a Paring knife 100mm, Filleting knife 160mm, Filleting knife 210mm, Chef's knife 210mm and a bread knife 180mm blade.  This series stands out for its rounded back of the blade and for its bolster, which may make sharpening slightly more difficult but protects the hands from unwanted cuts.
