Black Iron Round Base Wok 32cm

Made from black iron with a wooden handle, this traditional round-based wok makes tossing your stir fry or whatever you are cooking a lot easier.  Suitable for both commercial and domestic kitchens, our black iron woks are exceptional conductors of heat. They absorb heat slowly and evenly and have excellent retention properties, making them ideal for fast cooking.  The riveted wooden handle will ensure your hand won't burn while using.  We have three sizes to choose from in the round base:  30cm,  32cm & a Large, 34cm
