Azzurra Line Perforated Pizza Peel 41cm

Made in Italy and part of our extensive range of pizza equipment here at Gilmartin's, Gi-Metal's Azzurra range all have the Azzurra blue handles, This pizza peel has a large anodised aluminium perforated rectangular head measuring 41x41cm and a 120cm handle. It has reduced weight compared to the classic range but it is extremely sturdy as are all the pizza products from Gi-Metal.  The light and flexible head allows the scraper effect with appropriate ribbing that ensures resistance.  The head handle joint is secured by three large rivets and guarantee safety and no movement, the perforations ensure low friction and releases flour preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza risking burning.  All our pizza equipment is available for next day delivery throughout Ireland.
