Matfer Exopat Macroon Sheet

This silpat non stick baking sheet is designed for making 63 macaroons, the non stick mat measures 585x385mm and each of the 63 macaroons has a 35mm circle marking and spread evenly.  The non stick material is made from silicone impregnated knitted glass fabric eliminating the need to use butter or grease on your baking trays or pans, the sheets are easy to clean and very durable.
