Made in France by Matfer Bourgeat, this ensures durability and guarantees a high-quality kitchen utensil suitable for use in any professional kitchen.  These whisks have an easy-to-grip exoglass handle, specifically developed by Matfer. It's non-porous, waterproof, easy to sterilise, and heat-resistant.  The stainless steel wires are designed with "Shape Memory" to prevent warping and are welded into a steel core.  We have four sizes to choose from.  We ship all our professional kitchen utensils throughout Ireland.
