Paderno Tart Ring 30x2cm

This is a multipurpose stainless steel tart ring from Sambonet Paderno. The lipped base of the tart ring allows you to create tarts with ease; the dimensions are 30cm in diameter and 2cm high. The second and more common use we have found is for spreading sauce on a pizza to the exact dimensions of the base. Place the tart ring on the pizza base, and you won't have any overspill of sauce, giving your pizza a clean-edged crust. The plain edge of the tart ring leaves a smooth exterior to your baking, and the double-rolled edge at the base adds strength.
