Made from cast iron, this Sizzle Platter is ideal for serving fajitas, curries and kebabs straight to your customer, creating a theatrical table presentation. The handle, also made from cast iron, is removable. It features a hole at the top for easy storage. The wooden underliner is suitable for carrying and protects your table from the heat of the cast iron.  Spare underlines and handles are available. This product requires seasoning prior to first use, to maintain longevity of life & non-stick properties. There are 2 sizes to choose from: 9 & 12".
