Matfer Bourgeat combines tradition and innovation and is a leader in the manufacture of products for the professional kitchen.  These pans belong to the Classe Chef range, where each frying pan combines thick aluminium and then a four-layer coating guarantees non-stick qualities and durability throughout the whole range.  The handle is equipped with an epoxy-coated strip over the metal handle.  Compatible with all heat sources except induction and oven. There is a range of sizes available to suit all sizes of jobs and hobs in the professional or domestic kitchen. Not dishwasher safe, and always use plastic or wooden utensils.
